ILC Inc. Interim Management Committee

The ILC became incorporated as an Association under law in South Australia in November 2022. The ILC Interim Management Committee role is to provide accountability and oversight of the operations of the ILC Inc. until the first Annual General Meeting of the Association in June 2023.

The ILC Inc. Interim Management Committee has specific responsibilities to ensure the ILC operates within the rules of the Association as detailed in the Constitution. This scope includes responsibility for all governance matters, finance, and human resources of the Association.

The ILC Interim Management Committee consists of up to six people, with representation restricted to individuals who are associated with ILC Founding Partners or other long-standing members of the ILC Steering Group. Membership will be by self-nomination.

The ILC Inc. Interim Management Committee members are:

  • Professor Alison Kitson (Australia) – Chairperson
  • Professor Tiffany Conroy (Australia) – Treasurer
  • Dr Devin Carr (USA) – Secretary
  • Dr Jenny Parr (NZ)

Members of the ILC Interim Management Committee serve a term from November 2022 to the first AGM of the ILC Inc. planned for mid-June 2023.
