2025 Voting Paper – Annual General Meeting of ILC Members

Financial Members of the International Learning Collaborative are requested to cast their vote on the following propositions, with all votes to be lodged by close of business Tuesday 10th June 2025 (5.00pm UCT). No voting will be accepted at the Annual General Meeting. Only votes cast by ILC financial Members prior to 5.00pm UCT Thursday 5th June 2025 will be considered valid.

I confirm that I am an ILC Financial Member (either individual or via my organisation)
The audited financial reports for the period 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025 are accepted.
The auditor for the 2025 Financial Year is proposed to be Fusion Accountants, Flinders Park, South Australia
The annual Membership Fee for individuals is proposed to remain unchanged at $AUD150 ($AUD75 for students).
The annual Membership Fee for organisations is proposed to remain unchanged at $AUD5,000
