ILC Special Interest Groups

ILC special interest groups provide a mechanism to bring together ILC members with a particular interest in fundamental care in either, research, education or practice. These groups meet virtually 4x per year and aim to gather individuals with similar interests in order to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing amongst our community.

How To Join
To join an ILC Special Interest Group you must have an active ILC membership.
To join a special interest group or see the status of your membership, please log in to your account. In your member portal you can join a special interest group by checking the box in – ‘Networks and Groups’.

The Fundamentals of Care Special Interest Groups are:

The Fundamentals of Care Special Interest Groups will meet quarterly each year. We aim to share the times of meetings around in order to make sure all regions can attend at least 2x meetings at a convenient time. 

Aim: to support the conduct and dissemination of a coherent research programme within the ILC in order to improve knowledge of, and the evidence base for, fundamental care.
