We currently have a call out for abstracts for the 2026 ILC Annual International Conference.

We are now calling for volunteers to join the ILC Conference Scientific Committee to review the abstracts in order to narrow them down to a list of final presenters.

If you would like to volunteer to review the abstracts, please sign up below before 10 November 2025 and we will be in touch with more details.

You will need to commit to reading and commenting on a selection of abstracts between the 17th and the 28th of November 2025.

The timing and process will be:

  • 14 November: Abstract applications Close
  • 17 – 28 November: Scientific Committee Review Period
  • 1 – 12 December: ILC Fellows Review Period
  • 16 December: Conference Committee Meeting to approve speakers
  • 17-19 December: Authors notified of outcome submission outcome

We had excellent feedback from those on the scientific committee last year, on the process of reviewing abstracts. It’s a great opportunity to have a say in what is presented at the 2026 ILC Conference in Oxford.
