The International Learning Collaborative (ILC) has developed new resources to assist educators, and health and community care services with their quest to improve the patient experience of care, and to support the critical, and often undervalued role, nurses and allied health professionals play in ensuring that all patients receive the best possible care to meet the complexity of needs.
