The ILC is pleased to announce that our Fundamentals of Care Leadership Program will be held Quebec, Canada in May 2026, and for the first time, it will be delivered in French!
This special edition of our internationally recognised leadership & mentoring program will take place just before the ACFAS Conference, right in the same city — making it a perfect opportunity to combine two inspiring professional experiences in one trip.
The ILC’s Fundamentals of Care Leadership Program aims to empower current and emerging healthcare leaders to challenge and change how the fundamentals of care are valued, prioritised, and actioned within healthcare systems globally.
The program begins with a 3 day intensive workshop, followed by 12 months of mentoring with experts in Fundamental Care.
LAMP participants will:
- Engage in a three-day immersive workshop, followed by 12 months of expert mentoring — all conducted in French
- Have the opportunity to earn continuing education credits
- Contribute to an international research project linked to the Fundamentals of Care
- Join a global network of healthcare leaders and open doors to future opportunities within the ILC
With colleagues from across the globe, you will learn about creating change in your organisation to improve the care experience for patients and clients and to influence and shape care policy, practice, research and education.
